Rental Conditions

Car rental conditions in our company are as simple as possible, and we are constantly trying to improve the quality of our services.

 

IMPORTANT: To rent a car, the driver must be over 21 years old, and their driving experience must be at least 2 years.

BOOKING PROCESS: After choosing the car that suits you, you can send a request via the booking form on the website, in the near future we will contact you to clarify if the car is free, then we automatically leave this car for you for 24 hours, if the car you choose is occupied on your dates, then we will contact you and offer a similar or better option.You can also write to us at one of the WhatsApp / Viber / Telegram messengers that are convenient for you, and together we will help select a car for you. After the final negotiations and selection, we will issue you a voucher and send it for verification. To meet you at the airport, you will need to pre-specify the number and time of your arrival flight, and we will meet you with a “name and surname” sign. If you are already in Montenegro, we will deliver you a car to the specified address. Booking with us is free, you do not pay in advance, payment is made upon receipt of the car for the entire rental period.

THE RENT  INCLUDES:

  • OSAGO
  • CASCO (with franchise depending on car class)
  • Green  insurance policy (departure outside Montenegro must be pre-agreed)
  • RETURNING of the car (Returning to the Tivat Airport is free of charge, other cities and towns by agreement)
  • BABY CHAIR
  • SECOND DRIVER

DELIVERY OF THE CAR:

  • Thanks to the data in the voucher, we will meet you at the airport with a sign “Surname Name” or bring a car to the specified address.
  • To rent a car, you must have a passport and driver’s license with you.
  • We issue a clean car (no car wash required before returning, no fines)
  • The client must be sober
  • Car inspection
  • Making a car rental form
  • Mark on the amount of fuel is in the form
  • Payment is made upon receipt of the car for the entire rental period.
  • The client leaves a refundable deposit for the car, equal to the amount of the franchise.
  • Smoking in the car is prohibited

 

RETURN OF THE CAR:

The car will be returned at the place specified in the voucher and at the time indicated in the voucher, changes in place and time are allowed, for this you should contact us in advance and agree, the fuel in the tank should be the same amount as when received, if less, then the difference must be paid for. Wash the car before returning is not necessary, we will do it for you for free.
